I’ve heard a few landlords say WhatsApp groups or even shared Google Keep notes have worked wonders for keeping track of maintenance or lease dates, especially if the team is small.For me, Google Calendar reminders + pinned texts/emails + a dedicated email label system have surprisingly carried a lot of weight.

James we do have to keep in mind Ken is selling a service.. and a training. so there is inherent bias in his posts which is numerous on Sub to threads as we have seen.Well, this one reads to me like Ken is bashing Pace for selling a blue tonic, calling it snake oil, and saying everyone should buy his orange tonic...... and the ingredients label says snake oil.......

But don't tell me your dog is an emotional support dog, then leave them behind for hours unattended and all evidence on exterior cams show the dog has hardly any training...Good luck and honestly, I love travelling (some places) with our dogs and staying at nicer places.
