Between the“Replacement” cost $2,100,000 and the Pollution Clean up andremoval $100,000; it looks like I am covered, with an all in cost of$1,800,000.

aside from the possible "contamination" I worry about the crime, the smell, yes the smell, since this area is very close to industrial factories (including a cat food factory which smells awful and could affect the property value) and the close proximity to I-70 (pollution issues.)

You could also present an environmental argument in that my homes are occupied by people who otherwise would have to drive longer distances to work, thus increasing pollution & resource depletion.

The air pollution is much better than the state average.  

@Mindy Jensen I just don’t like the amount of pollution in certain areas of west seattle adjacent to duwamish.

My main need is for quiet and less pollution and crime.

They sky is freakin grey with pollution pretty much always, there is people just freaking everywhere, Mumbai levels of crowded, the homes are tiny and cost a bazillion, and the beaches are "meah" at best especially factoring in bum-dodging your way around them.

Dewey and Mayer - property values there are a low for a reason - pollution from mining - EPA has investigated (https://response.epa.gov/site/...) and I have spoken with several residents who were told by the EPA to not allow their dog or children to play outside in the dirt due to high levels of arsenic. 

But here is too cold and polluted.
