aside from the possible "contamination" I worry about the crime, the smell, yes the smell, since this area is very close to industrial factories (including a cat food factory which smells awful and could affect the property value) and the close proximity to I-70 (pollution issues.)

They sky is freakin grey with pollution pretty much always, there is people just freaking everywhere, Mumbai levels of crowded, the homes are tiny and cost a bazillion, and the beaches are "meah" at best especially factoring in bum-dodging your way around them.

Dewey and Mayer - property values there are a low for a reason - pollution from mining - EPA has investigated (https://response.epa.gov/site/...) and I have spoken with several residents who were told by the EPA to not allow their dog or children to play outside in the dirt due to high levels of arsenic.
