I will concede one thing: this is the one variant of this scheme that doesn't violate principles of algebra.

I concede if someone continued to be late over 20 days, the fees start getting pretty high.

However, if you and your wife have to compromise, fight tooth and nail but concede the disposal, not the icemaker....

Seller's aren't conceding to list below their original purchase price, or too much lower than it.

It gives off the impression they are are conceding.

3-6 months is what youll have to budget. 1 month to serve them notice and if they dont concede then its 45-60 days to get into court and then some back and forth.

In this case the buyer is asking for the seller to concede the difference between the sales price and the appraisal price.
