They have absolutely no problem signing a false affidavit saying they couldn’t because of Covid

He then created this thread which has been proven to contain several false accusations against me.

People put tenants through the ringer for $750/month but because someone has a youtube channel they must be legit is the worst false pretense you can have and your asking to get screwed.

That doesn't mean Engelo doesn't use false scarcity as a sales technique.

I am not aware of any recession except in the false and misleading "click bait" on the internet.

This graph shows that 59% of Fox statements checked are rated as False, Mostly False, or Pants on Fire.

dont get this false sense of security that someone is going to back stop you that can lead you to a bad buy.. just buy right up front and take on the full responsibilities of an investor.
