Given how flexible your model appears to be and how much demand you seem to attract, your model does strike me as conservative and thoughtful. 

It is a tremendous outlet for our desire to talk "shop" and find answers whenever the need strikes.  

As well as continuing to improve our service and contributing to the community with more education etc so that when the impending doom strikes eventually (ie the market balances out) and the Labradors quit, our team and all our investors will be poised for a real estate spree.

And, frankly, I wonder if some of these folks who get a bunch of property seemingly overnight don't have paranoia, fear, anxiety, and live with the very real possibility of bankruptcy if things outside of their control happen in the market or a couple of pieces of bad luck strike.
