I assume you are a doctor?

A doctor making $300,000 a year has a lot more to lose by walking out of a lease or destroying a house than someone living in the slums on welfare has.

I know I annoy them sometimes but it is kind of like your doctor pushing you to stop downing burgers and fries because it is affecting your physical health. 

It's more work, but in the past, I had good experiences, especially with travel nurses, doctors and affluent out-of-state skiers renting for a whole month or winter.

Dentists and young doctors are the favorite targets of insurance salesmen, stock brokers, Realtors and others selling financial products, and unless they took some classes as electives, they are on their own.

I probably have a slightly better understanding of the risk in choosing a syndication than I do of choosing my CPA, Doctor or Dentist.

I have typically been primarily evaluating properties near the train station (commuters) and LGH (nurses/doctors).
