In California we use a grant deed primarily to transfer ownership in a sale, and a quit claim for inter spousal, corrective deeds, amendments, etc. what would signal a sale in New Jersey?

@Craig Lessler, my understanding is your employer sponsoring the plan has to amend their plan document to adopt these provisions and then, and only then, might you be able to qualify for a coronavirus-related distribution (CRD).

So the buyer's 3rd attempt at making the assignee borrower (LLC) look like it wasn't a disregarded entity was to amend the Articles to essentially say "we won't treat it as a disregarded entity anymore".

I do first year as a 1 year lease to help cover a possible short term turn then go month by month, with normally once yearly  lease amendments for fee and rate increases.personally I have moved out of places earlier than planned at end of initial lease period due to landlord planning to charge a much higher rate to go monthly.
