There wasn't a firm decision that he made at that point in time, hence things were undecided and unsettled. and not at any point in time, Tenant sent a written letter of move out intent/notice until recently, mid-August '24, when I got the first written "move out notice" from him via "email" that he ll vacate the house on Sept 01 and that the payment will be left on the counter.

I have an agent that's helping me already, but I'm also undecided on whether I will self-manage or hire that out so any recommendations for property managers or any other BRRRR related team members in the area would be appreciated.

I have other properties where I do utility flat fee and that is easy, so I'm still undecided on which way is better.  

When I mentioned that property to my new tenants they said it was the house that kept them undecided about mine, they were going back and forth on which one they wanted so hopefully the other group will like it too.

Undecided on the backsplash at the minute, but if I can keep the costs down then I will.

The reasons that I am undecided are below:1.

At the moment I am 18 and attending college (undecided major), living at my parents house. 

Still undecided.

At the root of it, I believe you are undecided on your market because of the lack of knowledge on those markets you're looking at.

I am more undecided if I should go with the foreclosure auction, as the property is listed as occupied.
