I really want to focus on unique properties that stand out from the other rentals that have things such as a garage, multiple bedrooms, private back yard, patio area, etc.

The property includes a screened-in patio and an underground pool.

Some other structures, like a patio and propane tank, are even closer.

I also purchased patio furniture that I will either sell with the home or take to the next project.

I use delta but def want metal parts not plastic.
