I encourage folks to invest in a pair of slippers and, if they want, an area rug in their bedroom.

Make sure they have a thorough orientation on the expectation of a tenant and home care.

I'm 100% enthusiastic about more transit oriented housing and, yet, the first time I went to a meeting on the topic and discovered that MY backyard was being considered for that transit oriented housing, my eyes bulged.
