Until someone has filed a complaint against you and the RE commission says your golden then its still up to how the state may view it...

This is "legal vs. illegal" conversation, and that always conforms to the golden rule - he who has the gold, makes the rules.

If you could house hack a duplex-fourplex in Cincinnati, you are golden.

If you have a Tenant with a 7-10 year lease with an option you are golden as long as your mortgage to lease payment has enough room for varience.
