My favorite "unusual" one is instead of driving for dollars, I get on my bike and make notes of addresses on my phone for properties that look distressed/interesting.

In fact, it shows that people are investing in the area.Your house size is unusual for most areas and that means it will need to be for the right person/family looking for a house of that square footage.

These days the AM probably needs to be at the property weekly to get thru the crunch in many cases unless you just have an unusual or outstanding PM team.   

Unless the renovation time is unusually long.However, my game plan is to renovate and push up rent for all classic units.

Those jumps are massive any way you slice it and unusually from the entire previous trend.

You probably just see more deals, more unusual situations, more opportunities. 

I can tell from my experience with them over the last three years that they provide an excellent service, top notch property management, and a culture within the company that is quite unusual and highly ethical.  

It has been on the market for ages which is unusual for Columbus. i cant really speak intelligently about the price since I still have a pre-2020 mindset but I do feel its aggressively high for that area.
