She does not have an on line mangement system though just sends a check each month with a little ledger of expenses.I have a client that runs a larger company and they do a nice job at least on all the deals I have done for them as a capital partner when I do the draws and look at my before and afters they do some really nice work in a timely fashion

, find out about BP, become obsessed and listen to podcasts during all free times, read books/blogs/articles, latch onto different strategies and come up with plans to execute and do nothing (repeat 5x), realize you can't "boil the ocean", and then take a step back, break down the to do list in an executable fashion and move forward.

So if I wanted to do MF at the VERY least I would get my brokers license and work for a commercial broker that will get you in range of those that have the dough to buy these deals. social media is not going to cut it in any fashion in my mind.. not for sophisticated investments.. there are some private facebook stuff were guys that are accredited chat but you have to get invited and vetted normally I am in a few of those for lending platforms.. which are mainly ***** sessions about crowdfunding platforms and deals that are not working LOL.
