I have both signle family and multi family properties that I own personally and we also manage for a bunch of investors in the area.

What are you guys's thoughts about a web 3 decentralized real estate investing platform , designed for peer to peer lending that uses smart contracts to facilitate all transactions between investors and lenders ?

I hate to shoot myself in the foot as a lender as well as an investor, but I would keep the leverage lower.
