Places like Fayetteville and Jacksonville NC sport massive Military Populations, which are super easy to handle as tenants, and can consistently afford market rent.Places like Raleigh and Charlotte are massive metropolitan areas, and some of the best emerging economies, with rapid growth in the nation.

I had airport cars in Portland for years.. and those were used cars.. 3rd cars that were sport cars for occasional use that sort of thing..  

I can appreciate a Boston native. curious if you've converted over to any LA teams (sports wise ha).

A good coach can save you from big mistakes and is worth far more than the price of a sports car. 

They are like the horse and buggy; when the sports car is invented they will be crushed.

I care about their sports teams, admission stats, academics, and campus outreach.

I'm hoping we can get sports betting but not counting on it either.

The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.
