Look up division of licensing services / Request for certification/certified copies of records.

I just started a roofing company for my sub division and hired 4 guys and have them ownership in the company. 

Banks like United Bank (Crescent Mortgage) Wells Fargo and Bank of America have community or neighborhood lending divisions that specialize in homebuyers like you. 

Hello all, any recommendations on a company to perform a land survey on a small home in a sub division here in Jax

At the time,  that was legal, but since the division, the zoning laws have changed to require only single-family in this area.

If they partner up, the division would be that the Cali guy puts up the down payment money, the flyover guy would be the hands on side of things as they would purchase a property in the flyover guy's area.What would be a reasonable way to distribute ownership between those two?

I feel the worst part of COVID is how it has created further division in society and is turning into vaccinated vs non.

It is my understanding that you would need to go through the Florida Division of Corporations to officially start a business there.

This sweet option  disappeared overnight when my division of the company was snapped up by a bigger firm.
