The Assessors Office can help, or... they can call the "title plant" of a title company there (Chicago Title) and ask if they will email the parcel map to them.

Warren buffet has bought out 15 or more manufacturing plants and has also bought up the existing notes from the numerous mortgage companies that loaned money for manufactured homes.

I think we've even still got a little ocean-front property out by the nuke plant if you really want an investment that'll outperform the market.

If it was listed for $300,000- I might be looking for what is missing, like maybe a sewer plant needs to be replaced, or the park is on a master lease that will expire, or maybe- they are only collecting 50% of the rents- maybe a manager is stealing the rest of the funds...
