Miniblinds are better, but tenants NEVER clean them, and often they need to be discarded due to the time and effort to actually get them clean...only to have the string controls break.

So, here again, you've just discarded a large chunk of your potential buyers.Not putting your property on the MLS and not paying the buyer's agent's commission will very likely cost you much more than that commission.

After living in an apartment short-term, I know they send out notices that say they will be removing and discarding all items in hallways or outside designated storage spaces in x days, so please remove items before then if you want to keep them.

People just discard wrappers bottles cigarettes and trash as soon as they are finished they just drop it and walk on !
