Moving to a new state (Maine) at 63 years old and starting from scratch in a state where I knew nobody except family meant I'd need to invest 5 or so years grinding to develop any meaningful following, referrals and repeat business.  

A handful of super meaningful relationships, memories, and life experience is what I took away from it.But that’s not to say you can’t accumulate those experiences by not going to college!

The corona virus lock down has sparked an economic calamity that we still have not yet seen the worst of.

If you want the full view, you should become an Agent or develop a—um, ‘deep and meaningful relationship’ with one.

Given that their is a shortage of housing in this area, it could spark new construction and interest in Seller's trying to sell homes and investment properties.
