So I’m looking to find a sea moss supplier.

My three issues with the house are, one the roof needs to be replaced (it’s 15-20 years old and has moss growing all over it), second issue is the eaves troughs are overflowing with leaves and stuff (if this has been a standard practice over the 50 years they owned it this is a bit of a concern with water likely running right down to the foundation of an already old house, the third issue is the tax assessed value is 37k so if I buy it for 160k won’t the tax assessed value go to around 80k meaning my tax is going to double roughly?

I pressure washed off the black moss on the brick in the back of the house and back patio along with all other concrete surfaces which made it look new.

@Brionne Moss First, I recommend picking up some books about raising private money (bigger pockets has published a couple about it).

I also saw that it requires adding sawdust or peat moss once a week.

@John Moss it really depends on your goals and how active or passive you want to be in the investment.

My thinking is that forming an LLC for a single rental in Moss Point is overkill.
