I recommended that they reduce the amount of moisture in their home, since I visited them and saw that they keep the home fully closed and dark, could sense the moisture in the home.

After giving Alan Kirkham 5 months to right this wrong and come up with a fair resolution, we have been left in the dark with no set plans or expectations and no true point of contact, which is why we have decided to share our experience here.

I had this kitchen years ago and painted it dark blue but for a rental today I would probably go a midtone darker shade of the rest of rooms, a muted blue or sage green.

Not sure if you have renovated your existing home but just think about what it takes to renovate a property that you can drive to and have eyes on it compared to what it takes to renovate a property essentially in the dark. 

The cabinets are currently a really dark wood color and the upstairs flooring is dark brown carpet.
