New to real estate investing, been a successful stock/crypto swing trader but excited to get into the Real Estate game. 

I am happy to see the strategy has worked so well for so many, but my question remains, what happens when it doesn’t work.As an options trader there is a saying when it comes to the many “strategies” pitched by gurus…it works until it doesn’t! 

I hear great things about the opportunities in Bitcoin long term.

Would it have been possible to buy 1000 usd worth of bitcoin on new liberty standard exchange via paypal on march of 2010?

You can be a Mcdonald's worker and a day trader on the side and be very well versed in financial risk.

Plus why should they pay as much as the family, or the work at home tenant, or the bitcoin miner…I know everyone likes to think the current landlords are stupid, and maybe sometimes they are.

If it's not the Tesla, then one of them is mining bitcoins or using growth lights... my bet is on the Tesla...

When you talk to the CPA they should be able to help you strategy because having rentals in conjunction with active trader income while being a full time real estate profession opens up unlimited passive losses to you so you can pay a much lower or no income tax. 

This is where the "retail trader" pays $1000 to a firm to prove themselves as a competent trader for 2 months and then is given $50K to trade.
