The more I think about AI and data collection (especially if this data can be collected automatically) I really think the sky is the limit. it makes sense to use this new technology to automate tasks, increase efficiency and likely improve your RE portfolio. 

I think the most important thing in any market is finding the right property manager and we just have not done that in Cleveland.

Visit the places a minimum of three times before giving up.I have a book (published by BiggerPockets) that you might find helpful.

Now I've just put more thought and work to this than most, but a person can still achieve the same by just finding who is that great rock-star of knowledge in ___ market, approach them and ask if you could pick there brain on the market, opportunities, this strategy or that, and at a fair compensation for their time to get the straight talk.
