Do those liens become unsecured junior liens, with no rights/claims to the property?

Hey hows it going, I am a junior in college and very new to real estate.

My name is Wilfried Tanefeu, and I’m a junior at the University of Michigan majoring in Applied Exercise Science and minoring in Real Estate.

The owner wouldn't want their loan to be junior to the construction loan and vice versa. 

Some things I read say you can build max 1200 sqft attached/detached adu and no more than 50% of primary home square footage as well as an attached max 500 sq ft junior adu, but other things I read say it depends on the zoning and I've seen homes for sale that have adus up to 2000 sq ft.

Some lenders would raise the 20% with private investors through PPMs or unsecrued notes bank does not allow junior loans.

I have a junior in high school that plans on attending Auburn University.

As for agents, I assume you'll need to find a "junior" agent/broker or an agent that maybe just went out on their own and are hungry for deals.

On the other hand, JADUs, or Junior Accessory Dwelling Units, are typically smaller and designed with efficiency kitchens.
