If you’re flipping, you’ve got to make sure there’s enough spread between what you’ll have into it after repairs and what you can sell it for, so you’re not working for free.It sounds like the location and tenant situation are strong, but with that much potential work, you’ve got to be comfortable walking away if the numbers stop making sense.
