I agree, that I would not think that a realtor would find leads to list there.

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

It might lead to a prohibited transaction, but it is certainly possible if done correctly. 

So if you search for specific terms like “real estate for sale” or something similar, you should discover a few solid leads that you never would have found otherwise.All in all, using the search feature is a great way to discover other connections to valuable real estate as well.

I do not see a reason to not consult all, but I have seen wildly different projections for the same house across multiple platforms, which could lead to analysis paralysis. 

For example, approaching too early in the process often leads nowhere since owners still believe they have time to fix things or list it themselves in the market.
