You say sixty days, what if neighbors show up yelling?

We found how tight the rental market is and the soonest we could get a suitable place to live was about sixty days out and rents were way higher than I’ve seen since I moved here in 2005.

I have RIGL 45-24-37 bookmarked which says:an accessory family dwelling unit in an owner-occupied, single-family residence shall be permitted as a reasonable accommodation for family members with disabilities or who are sixty-two (62) years of age or older, or to accommodate other family members.

Sixty-nine percent of homes sold in August 2020 were on the market for less than a month!

In Brandon's book The Multifamily Millionaire, he stated, "but offering $400,000 on a $500,000 fourplex that's been on the market for sixty days is completely reasonable." on page 164.PSS.

The lease states that owner and leasee must provide a sixty day notice.

THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL PERMIT RECOVERY OF ONLY ONE HOUSING ACCOMMODATION AND SHALL NOT APPLY TO A HOUSING ACCOMMODATION OCCUPIED BY A TENANT WHO IS SIXTY-TWO YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OR WHO IS A DISABLED PERSON;"  So you can evict one tenant to allow a family member to live in the property. 

I like to pull that wad out and hold it in my left, ostentatiously lick my right thumb, and count that money out, "Twenty, forty, uh-huh, uh-huh, a hundred, get it, yeah, get it, a hundred-eighty, two hundred, gimme, GIMME, two-sixty..."

The latest from the white house briefing is the immediate suspension of forward and reverse mortage foreclosures and evictions for single family homes for the next sixty days, I assume this means for all HUD properties?

Sixty is not old.
