The town took its hit in the 80s and shows good signs of coming back/being stable...better restaurants than most, returning native sons/daughters, arts, etc and its starting to see significant investments from Brooklyn and Boston investors. 

So I’m starting all over again in my native NYC.

I am a MD native and investor in Montgomery county. 

I am 25 year olds and a Maryland native. i currently live between Maryland and Virginia staying at my home in Maryland and my long time girlfriends home in Virginia.

I am looking at the samples and trying to picture how I would react if I got one in the mail. 

It was rather funny to me how folks reacted over my decision.

You probably know this already, but I will say it anyway – have leases in their native language as well as any following notices and tenant communications.

I think you may be over-reacting to the risk, but you have to decide what risks you are willing to accept.
