Soak up all you can and don't forget to pay it forward when you make it big and do the same for another young newbie :-)

I can give 20 minutes of ANY Day 2 returning phone calls4"damage control" or whatever...then go back 2 vacationing w/o the worry of "what's happening w/blah,blah,blah, & have a BETTER time Relaxing...that's just me.Hoping I planted a seed that will help the neighborhood & rehabbers(&U of course) prosper in Your future;& in finality(absolutely SHAMELESS Plug here) When(not if) the borrower calls up so excited they can barely speak that just found 750 acres for $25M that they can develop into 1 acre lots for $75k per lot, they just don't have the 20% down & 3-5 million 4 infrastructure & marketing....call me, 24/7/365.

I'll third the idea of going to an REI club and soak up as much as you can.

i honestly don't know. but outside of the the corn season (from seed to harvest) there isn't much of a growing season out here... so my guess is nothing!

One caveat no budget attorney until the seed capital is raised.A real estate developer offered me an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a multi-million dollar development.

When you are new to the real estate world you really need to soak in as much information as you possibly can.

I used to look at apartments or houses as if I was buying them and I also figured on spending at least a little bit on maintenance even though I was renting --- for things like light bulbs or grass seed and fertilizer for the lawn.

Any help is apperciated...I am young and willing to soak up the info...and FYI- from all the forums I have been on researching...this site def has the most knowledgable people!!
