Sorry if this sounds harsh but do you know Bend?

All this drama by our representatives seems like they are trying to put together a soap opera.

Don't mean to sound harsh, but amazing job saving $100K and I wish you the best of luck!!

I bought our current house in the middle of a harsh winter because we were relocating and need to find a place. 

This indicates you either have a ton of debt or a small income (i'm guessing small income) more insecurity"we're getting there but by that time it'll more than likely be too late to build the wealth I would like for us" This indicates either ignorance or impatience/immaturity on your part (don't mean it harshly).

Myriad sad stories of hardship, life's unfairness and five move out date extensions after closing it was nasty, high drama and unsafe. 

This is what has me thinking the homeowner probably owes them marketing fees at least if they want to back out of selling now because i wanted to consider putting a bid in for it but now I think there's just too much drama associated with this to be bothered.

They expressed their displeasure and moved on to get the project done without drama.

I agree with Rich, it would be a long reality show, filled with drama, humor and tradgedy
