The amount of digital ink that is spilled on this site about LLC's and how to set up complex structures  by folks who can hardly be called investors is a bit maddening to me as it keeps folks from actually investing dues paralysis by analysis due to things that really do not mater a great deal.

So he shook his head and said it doesn't look right like it's almost like your charging for your tools doing the job.But I know the director of the agency, and she'll go crazy if the fees went up $1,000 even though it's still cheaper by comparison.

The entire thing is maddening, to say the least.

Nothing is more maddening than working on something for hours, getting filthy, frustrated, etc, thinking you're so smart and gonna save $x thousands of dollars....only to end up still having to call a pro to do the work for you, or worse you screw things up more and make it more expensive.

Isn't tax law maddening?!

We are flipping and flopping trying to decide to sell, stay, stay and Airbnb.....it's maddening. 

I am completely shook and uncertain of what to do!

I literally had the same issue with a landlord many years ago, and upon getting served, it shook the landlord so much that we settled for something that almost made me whole.

I guess the competition shook them up!

I met the bank appraiser during his visit, and he shook his head at my purchase price in amazement.A year later, a duplex, now valued at $240K was advertised in the papers for $180K, also by an agent.
