There is so much wrong and incorrect with comparing the mortgage situation today with pre 08/09 that it's like talking to a toddler about calculus, that's how utterly clueless those of you look when you argue that point, like clueless children. 

Think about that toddler who falls over when they're first starting to walk.

As she gets older and needs less of my time (I put the electrical business into low gear while she was a baby and toddler to be a  stay-at-home dad) I hope to devote more time to this transition. 

I find that between my day job and having 2 toddlers I can’t spend more than a couple of hours a week.

After 2 months in the unit... one of the tenants damaged a lot of my property in a drunken rage... endangering the mother of his children and front of his infant and toddler and getting arrested.

In fact, you have to dig in to your savings every month, just to keep the doors open so you can continue to lose money next month.Do your homework and maybe you'll find a good franchise, but like a toddler at a urinal, you have to stay on your toes.

Long-time hobby: Skydiving (16 years now) and New hobby: tugging an RV around the country with my toddler. 

They also don’t have free access to permanent markers and crayons lol, we supervise them when they are drawling( Because they are toddlers).

And I even managed a nap while my toddler slept - I've been up at night working/reading, too excited to sleep.Have a long way to go in continuing to build up my online presence and rank up on Google BUT the foundation is being laid.

At the one, the tenant has her adult son living there, and straight-up lied to me about how he was not going to live there, just going to be her and her little toddler.
