So, if Jesus were to claim a stance on Universal Healthcare, he would likely say that anyone who: - Has a job and is making a concerted effort to get by (even if they are making minimum wage); - Has a disability that prevents them from earning a living; - Is too young to fend for themselves; should probably be entitled to health care, even if they can't afford to provide it for themselves?

Think about that, government money spent for a concert instead of those guys training at the firing range or getting other training so that their primary mission of being a warrior become more proficient.

If it's blocked out for any period of time, the irs categorizes it differently so we won't block it out but I'd consider raising the rents during that period.That said, it's in North East FL, St Augustine, where the spring and summer is in demand but the rest of the year is not "slow". 2 miles from great beaches, walking distance to the Old Town and National Monument, wedding venues, concert hall, marinas, tourist destination.
