@Derek dill - Can you configure FB to autorespond that way or are you saying that's just something you manually respond with?

The one I use right now is a little complicated, I'm just wasting my time configuring and setting it up.

As I mentioned before, it is probable that your property would be considered legal, non-conforming since it's present configuration likely predated the current zoning class.

Number of acres and configuration of land. 

Advertise like you normally do that the house has 2 beds/1ba (or whatever the configuration is). 

Use Full size Washer/Dryer configurations.

Or change the unit configuration to a two bedroom and a one bedroom by eliminating a kitchen and changing to a bath.  

Our major building configurations will be 30 foot wide buildings, so we compete with a 15/15 or 10/20 unit configuration.

It probably will not be desirable next to your kitchen, depending on the configuration.

What @Russell Brazil is alluding too is that you might want to consider converting it back to a 5/3 to get your loan and if you really want to walk the hairy edge or what may or may not be legal, convert it back to your 4/3+ configuration later.
