What I am doing is putting up a virtual tour of the property as the social distancing is a factor and don't want to risk bringing people to the home due to the current tenants being elderly.

Ive been living with my elderly mother for awhile in her house to help her with her with bills.

Just recently the tenant called me mentioning their daughter who apparently lost her own place has decided to move in and has basically overstayed her welcome causing a lot of issues for the elderly couple.

We cater to foreign tourists with a lot of families including elderlies and young children. 

In college I helped out my landlord (an elderly lady) with her properties as well.

The property I am targeting appears to be basically well maintained though it does have some visible deferred maintenance, but nothing out of the range I have dealt with on everything else I have ever bought,   but it is long term ownership and I have good reason to believe (sneaky spying via google street view) the ownership is quite elderly at this point.   

I'd love to attend, and am seriously considering it, but it'll be quite an expense (flying out from California) and I'll have to arrange elder care for my mom.
