These relationships need to be formed by the TOP REO brokers in your area, not ones with just a few REO listings and usually with a brokerage that specializes in REO's (in other words, an agent that works with Remax probably will not cut it)These relationships take time to develop and nurture.

Our company uses salesforce for very basic CRM purposes, but I am looking for something to help me stay in front of leads and have a nurturing and follow up system so that I can focus on closing deals that are more time sensitive in nature, but not forget about possible future deals.Does anyone have a suggestion for a program that wont break the bank, but can send drip campaign emails, texts, voicemails, and can categorize contacts, etc that is cost effective as I ramp up my business?
