This is a fundamental rule to finance.

Currently, I find it’s been hard to find a reason for wanting a better life, a why that hits at a deep fundamental level.

They basically learned all their systems, fundamentals, and etc then went off on their own.

I am actually shocked that what stared as a solutions-oriented discussion about accountability and ethical entrepreneurship has devolved into a few severely ignorant ilk using eugenicist pseudoscience to back up claims as to why some people are inherently less worthy of fundamental Maslowian needs.

Knowing the rules of HOW a game is played and won is the most fundamental step to winning at that game, yet it is so often overlooked.

Both markets have a good combination of strong cash flow and good economic/demographic fundamentals.

For God's sake why is this simplistic fundamental detail missed over and over and over again. 

Simple, the underlying fundamental of compounding returns combined with leveraged funds, it's the secret sauce that makes REI the profit generator it is.

If someone is going to cry about their ROI% on 1 rental property over a tiny 3 year window, it shows that they have a fundamental lack of understanding of how the rental property business works.When cap rate and ROI estimates are provided,  that is a general indication of the how the average of properties in that asset class will perform over time.At any tiny window with 1 small sample size you can greatly outperform and underperform.

We are still buying now and just making sure the cashflow is right and the fundamentals are right.
