Another factor is that you've already gone way down the path of viewing theme and negotiating numbers, and so if you brought an agent on now they may not be considered the Procuring Cause.As for whether or not you should bring on an agent to represent you, I would say that depends on how much experience you have doing deals.

We are probably going to Florida as it is the state we know and we`d  been there for vacations many times.

In this business, you have to be like Gumby.Sell your current home and get a short term apartment or better yet, sell it and rent it back until your wedding and then move out. 

I talked to my bank on Wed and it was still all system go for my first 12 spec loans on my Canby project.. 89 homes  first phase ready to go vertical in May/June.. so we will have product for Late Q 4 to Q 1 so nothing for sale during this crisis time.. but hopefully we can keep the wheels moving on the construction side not worried about subs they are working no problem.. it will be county and city staff.

lol with real estate, I am always working... even when I was in my honey moon away in the mountains(I was in the middle of a deal, my new husband had to drive me around to find internet and cell phone receptions) He has planed our honeymoon months before the wedding but he changed the honeymoon plan so I can have my deal.

I could certainly be wrong but I am not sure I want to spend >$1m+ on a 3 family property in the Boston area that is plugged into the pharma theme.

I've been reading some books from Bigger Pockets and a recurring theme seems to be to get a deal on the sale price of the property you're interested in.
