I went just the opposite direction as you with the survey. 

before you can even make attic living space, there must be a survey showing how deep the foundation is on the structure. 

Just a suggestion - it would be great if BP could actually put out some sort of legit but simple online survey on this question.

Surveying my tenants, 93% plan on paying April's rent. 7% expressed concern with ability to pay April's rent.

We've been talking to local landlords and property managers, and RHAWA (Rental Housing Association of Washington) did a mass survey of small-time landlords; there are promising stats across the board.Data Source:  https://www.nmhc.org/research-...For landlords who are in a rough spot, RHAWA also put together a great resource page.  

Be careful with it though and only accept a true engineered cost segregation study done with a site survey by a construction engineer or architect qualified in cost segregation.

Do a careful survey of prices and amenities at your competitors.For showings, I only show once a week and tell everyone the same time. 

Appraisal, tittle insurance, possibly a hazmat survey, an appraisal evaluation fee, etc. etc.
