Just look at all the other land grabs, med center expansions, 'professional' sports program expansions, etc., etc. etc. they've executed in the last 2-3 decades.

Hi there~I have a LTR 10mins from Med Center which is not making the return I expected; I think mostly is because of its floorplan.

All the working class people that work in the factory, Med center, HERCO ect.. 

I thought, of course, you were renting local here to Med Center students. 

I have a short term rental home near the med center and it is producing well.

Anyone with any experience with condos around the Med Center. 

The med center expansion will help kick start more development.  

If you're looking for less management intensive multi families that will be a better hedge against inflation, but may not produce much in the terms of cash flow, look at the Class A & B areas of Sacramento, for example, Midtown, Downtown, East Sac, Med Center, etc.

I have some nice properties near med center (my highest NOI property, on Brompton, is near med center.  

You see a bunch of small houses on large, deep lots in Downtown/Midtown, East Sac, Land Park,  Curtis Park,  Tahoe Park,  Colonial Heights, Medcenter/North Oak Park, West Sacramento, etc.
