Thanks in advance, BrianThat’s going to be somewhat difficult, but not impossible.Wealth manager, financial advisor, investment manager, etc training is different than real estate investing.  

.: Talking with a specialist in this for help sourcing and managing a STR for the purpose of income of course, but also exploiting the depreciation loophole for tax saving and FAFSA reporting for college financial aid etc etc.

Real estate is different from traditional investing, but it’s something you can pick up quickly once you start exploring deals and talking to people in the space.If your goal is early financial freedom, real estate can definitely help you get there.

Or maybe you don't want to actually own the Real Estate, but want to financial benefits of something like a REIT or a syndication.
