I personally would go Union or Cabarrus county focusing in the cities of Concord, Kannapolis, Stallings, Indian Trail. 

I had another inquiry today from an Indian contract worker (many H1B's here) whose parents would be staying with him and his wife and infant for 3 or 4 months out of the year!

I believe it was purchased by an Indian group, from what ive heard the only reason they bought it is because it was attached to a gas station that they bought.

Anything in Providence school district, Myers Park, Butler, Ardrey Kell, Mallard Creek, Independence, the Matthews area (suburb), Marvin Ridge, Indian Trail, anything near UNC Charlotte, Belmont Abbey college.

So an East Indian couple who are techies are interested in making an offer on my house but were curious to see if I would be willing to accept part of the payment in cash.

This area is largely populated by Indian residents.

In most partnerships it's best if only one partner is the chief and the rest are the indians. 50/50 creates two chiefs.
