If you are asked to make changes to drawings, ask if they can red-line it for you = saved time.

These people out here looking to red line profits, and ramp up everything in every possible way are greedy!

I have existing plans that I have been modifying along with a staff draftsman at my builder’s company, but I need a really good architect to review these drawings and make some design comments or redlines before I finalize them.

So a typical purchase and sale contract in word doc that they redline back and forth can be thousands of dollars.

Obviously I’ve read be weary of the low bid, $7k is a tough pill to swallow on this one as it’s redlining my budget.
