Long term RV for working adults and professionals is our sweet spot. 

Northside has a more artsy, hip vibe and attracts young professionals; rental demand is strong there, but you'll want to be selective since it borders a few rougher spots.

If you spot a property with solid upside, even in a rough area, and you have a clear plan to improve it, go for it.

I ask because there are many great spots in SA for investing however, with what you described, you likely will be in the negative cash flow territory unless you intend to add value to the property!

I am very familiar with the island, but I am curious on how airbnb's perform outside of the summer time in a vacation spot like this.How has it be going for you so far?

This is a tough spot, Raza, and I think if all goes wrong you should be prepared to sell and eat the loss and take this as an expensive learning experience.

There used to be a spot under the "Find Deals" tab that I liked when looking for property.
