It's kind of the wild wild west and some of these tenants don't know the laws but each city has it's own unique set of rules, grams, age requirement, and how the transaction is handled.   

I also eat 2 raw eggs, a scoop of whey protein, a serving of milk, and a serving of Greek yogurt every morning.  60 grams of protein.

I'm aiming for something in the suburbs, and my instinct is to lean towards Ankeny / Grimes / West Des Moines, but I haven't done much market research yet.My question: Which suburbs in the metro a re more landlord-friendly?
