Hi @Barbara Johannsen I made the switch a couple years ago through co-investing, loved the consistent cash flow and freedom from tenant hassles that notes bring.

(Not implying that was your intent, but there are many on these forums that were sold the financial freedom lifestyle by real estate influencers).  

We both just turned 30 this year and I am looking to get us started with real estate investing for financial freedom in the future, and some more cash flow so she can slow down from working once we start having kids. 

So if your goal is freedom and stability, it’s perfect.
