Right now I’m growing my investment portfolio and preparing to launch service-based businesses (like cleaning and moving) as a stepping stone into real estate.My long-term vision is to scale into rental properties and eventually farmland, creating multiple streams of cashflow and a lasting legacy.

I’ve been investing for a while and can say this is one of the best communities to learn and grow in.

Local rents for a 3B2B at 1200 square feet is right about $2500-$2900/month  My long term goal is that we continue to grow our real estate portfolio in time to slowly gain more cash flow and move over to real estate investing full time.
