I'm a sucker for adventurous investments.  

I hear and see constant success stories from people that get deals left and right.And in all honesty, I started this adventure to make money so I can fund my own robotics research and build exoskeletons that can actually make this forsaken planet a better place.

I don’t have much experience with real estate investing, but after reading “The Book on Rental Property Investing” I have been more motivated to learn as much as possible and begin on this investing adventure!

I want to open up the discussion to something atypical and talk about my adventures in doing what we do in the USA and applying it in South America and Southeast Asia.I am curious what the founders of this site, moderators/admin, etc. think about this and if they could add a feature to list "Other" locations outside the USA. 

What I would do: I'd buy a gold claim and grubstake an adventurous person to mine it for a split of the gold with a very low overhead operation.
