I always try to find creative solutions for my tenants in need where they can pay weekly or biweekly, I also deferred rent up to two months and allowed them to get on payment plant and that was even before COVID-19.

Forget the stock market, I'd buy investment properties near a Toilet Paper/Paper Towel manufacturing plant, watch it spike in value for the short term & then sell before it dies down :)

We have a Boeing plant here, in fact 5 minutes from my house, so the market is usually pretty strong.

If agitating for political change makes you feel better, then do it, but you'll likely be better off focusing on your business and doing whatever you can to keep a cool head.I've taken to planting dahlias, tomatoes, watermelon, and carrots.

If you start from scratch, it's about planting seeds and getting them growing over a year, and if you buy you need to be able to handle the site.I recommend building a site from scratch to start. 

Even if you don't get the money now, you're at least planting seeds and they may come around deal #3, and #4. 3.

Don’t know that we’d be starting an ongoing operation but I do think I’d be planting a seed with the experience.

Investors usually don't like to use the large national plants as they are not as flexible.
