So many houses are maintained with the lowest imaginable standards then renovated to hide the lousy work.  

Some even hide under blankets because it's so cold from the AC!

I've seen people hide or embellish numbers to enhance the returns on properties.There is a saying I like to use: "Trust but verify."

The folks that are LICENSED tend to work on their own time....it's currently hunting season - they may not be around this week or next...5) Rents could be absolutely outstanding in my experience - especially in areas near big oil & gas operations, near railroad areas, etc.6) Landlord beware - Mayberry is a great place for folks like Aunt Bee, but there are also MANY folks that are intentionally hiding or avoiding other areas for whatever reason. 

The fact that they hide that fact, then even lie about it when its pointed out may even constitute fraud in my opinion.

They want proof you intended the LLC for business purposes not just to hide assets.A well written article comes from someone who defends LLCs. 

Yes, they can sort of "hide" a modest increase but many peoples taxes will still go down. 

If the answer is yes, then you are deliberately trying to mislead the state by hiding behind a trust.

So as a previously burned person in bait and switches am simply assuming that when you don’t talk about fees and you list all these “things” you can do, you are hiding fees later.

So your efforts of trying to hide from the bank is... futile?
